My opinion of Jeb was very low before the debate, and it went down after. 2015 politics just simply isn’t 1980s politics. Honesty and relating to people who’ve been tricked and lied to for so many years is foremost. We hate politicians who just lie and promise stuff.
Jeb looked like yer pa’s candidate, coming out spitting stats. Oy vey. So middle school. We really don’t want the same old candidate memorizing policy figures for a gold ribbon.
Somehow, Jeb found it necessary to announce who would be his foreign policy advisor—Brent Scowcroft. Yep, in his Dad’s 80’s image.
