I suspect you're correct. It seems unlikely that the FBI and DOJ would have taken the case this far without Obama’s blessing. I think the White House preferred Elizabeth Warren but will get behind Biden if he runs.

For her to even go to prison would be a miracle. For her to go to prison , and then be pardoned is statistically impossible.
They are going to find out a lot more criminal activity went on. Whether it comes out or not. They’ll find it. Either she and her enablers and aides will go to prison. Or they won’t. But proof of high treason will be found, if it hasn’t been already. Enough to put her in front of a firing squad in a sane world. Yep, with all the time zones Cacklebeast was in, and the tens of thousands of emails. Some of those emails would necessitate immediate responses. She had to have multiple people 24/7 monitoring her .gov email address in order to forward it in a timely manor. Plenty of people to track down and apply pressure too. Not sure why she went through all the trouble, but being a Clinton you can bet it was for nefarious reasons.
The very presence of the private server says she was up to no good.
The fact she wiped the hard drive merely confirms that something criminal happened.
