They do not exist.

Their “citizenship” is imaginary, as the 14th amendment requires that their parents be here legally, and the 14th has never been repealed. It remains in full force.

Birth citizenship from LEGAL immigrant parents is legal.

Same can not possibly apply to illegal immigrants. Unless you want to commit nationn wide suicide.

LOL. Do you live in a fantasy world? Of course they exist. They are US citizens just like us. They can vote and use our welfare system. And no one is going to rescind their citizenship.

..”Trump is supporting attrition ‘thru enforcement’ versus mass deportation. It is more pragmatic and less toxic politically”....

Eisenhower ran a very successful operation in 1950s. As I recall, most left after the incentives were gone.

Here is the so-called red state of Texas.

Dallas Texas 2006 during war time, under Republican President Bush.

500,000 illegals marching through Dallas, making demands and threats while waving foreign flags in our faces.

It would take an amendment to the Constitution to end birthright citizenship. We should do it, but it would take more than an EO or a law passed.

Aside from the other replies you've gotten, it has long been a standard in the courts that you can not benefit from illegal actions. Strangely, the same issue with illegal aliens getting anchor babies is the same issue with burglars successfully suing homeowners for injuries that occurred during their crimes. Both should have been laughed out of court when first brought up. It will be interesting to see if any tort reform appears on Trump's agenda as well. Clear up some of that junk as well, and you'll effectively double the number of courts in the nation as the caseload is slashed due to the elimination of the lawsuit lottery or extortion suits.

Do you honestly believe that the same congress that wouldn’t even defund Planned Barrenhood would pass such a law?

Some good stuff in the plan.

However, the word "deport" only appears once in the document that I searched on and it only refers to gang members. There is no mention of the rank and file illegal being deported.

Also there is no mention of an amnesty (good).

So it looks like a self-deportation plan, not that I think self deportation can't work.

Just pointing out that it is not a deportation plan Trump as has been talking about.

Sounds great, but I'm scratching my head about a couple of things.

• A Trump administration would raise the prevailing wage paid to holders of H-1B visas.

Raise the prevailing wage for legal immigrants? Why?

• As president, Trump would put in place a nationwide a nationwide online worker-eligibility — a.k.a., e-verify — program.

Great! But if this is enforced, wouldn't it make the next goal a moot point?

• American workers would be given top priority under Trump’s plan, which states that nearly 40% of black teenagers are unemployed today, while nearly 30% of Hispanic teenagers are unemployed. (“The influx of foreign workers holds down salaries, keeps unemployment high, and makes it difficult for poor and working class Americans — including immigrants themselves and their children — to earn a middle class wage.”)

We allow over a million legal immigrants every year!

90% of them are not productive. I know at least 100 such non-productive immigrants who are receiving government benefits.

Allowing “useful” and “productive” people to return AFTER they have been deported is better policy that any other candidate.

SHOW ME WHICH OTHER CANDIDATE IS TALKING ABOUT DEPORTING ANY ILLEGALS...links please.

Otherwise your post can be classified as hypocrisy.

Truly! - And that is why the 14th amendment excluded it.

But liberals that control the news media have created it anyway.

All it takes is some pre-purchased liberal judge and nonoe of this will happen, especially the end of birthrite citizenship

Even the most liberal judge will not be able to hold out against a President who has an enormous reserve of goodwill and a determined electorate behind him.

Any all such judges will fold, or resign within days.

Next.

Low H1-B visa legal workers reduces wage levels of American workers! I am surprised you did not catch on to that.

I’m sure the teacher’s unions will be quite grumpy about the concept of deporting illegals which has been the only thing keeping them employed for quite some time. And prison guard unions won’t like having their own steady stream of clients deported and no longer revolving through the system...

While many like to focus on the cheap labor express, there are millions in government jobs who do little else than serve these illegals - education, SNAP, free breakfasts and lunches, WIC, health care... the list is almost never ending.

No one is talking about this on any news network.

It’s like a news blackout.

I've noticed that, also. Not sure how many of these Sunday morning programs are live or pre-recorded. We'll know if they're ignoring it with news this afternoon and evening.
