Bloomberg Spends Again to Publicize His Bought-and-Paid-For Background Check Law

"...despite the consistent failure of the current background check system to make a difference when it matters most, gun prohibitionists want to make a NICS check mandatory each time a gun changes hands. That’s why Everytown for Gun Safety, the front group for Bloomberg’s gun control apparatus, continues to insist: “Requiring a criminal background check for all gun sales is the single most effective policy for keeping guns out of the hands of dangerous people and saving lives.”"

"....keeping guns out of the hands of dangerous people..." Okay, who is the determiner of "dangerous people"? Have no doubt, folks, that the brinks trucks are being loaded with cash as we speak for next years intergalactic background check initiative on the NV ballot. And this assclown has the money to throw away once again in his efforts to infringe on us. And there are plenty of IPOS/LPOS/SPOS/UPOS in Las Vegas alone to get it passed. In liblogic, it's not an infringement because they're not saying you CAN'T have a gun, you just have to jump through hoops to do it. Still sounds like infringement to me. And no doubt margabby kelleygiffords will be front and center again.

Think I’ll buy a new pistol next weekend in their honor.

So, as I understand this, if I sell my gun to you I have to run a background check on you. Also, when the home invader steals my gun, he has to run a background check on himself or do I have to run the check??

Since the H.I. would be ‘receiving’ the firearm from you, I believe that you are responsible for seeing the BGC is completed.

If Universal Background Checks were in place during the time of the founding of this nation, the Founding Fathers would have been executed by the British with that information.

I just read your tag line and say thank you.

I did the same only in the Army and Air Force.
