The FBI is investigating Hillary Clinton's private email server out of of its headquarters in Washington, D.C., in an "unusual move," the New York Times reported.
"Nearly all [FBI] investigations are assigned to one of the bureau’s 56 field offices," according to the Times.
"But given this inquiry’s importance, senior F.B.I. officials have opted to keep it closely held in Washington in the agency’s counterintelligence section, which investigates how national security secrets are handled."
Though Clinton's use of a private email address was not illegal and was permitted by State Department rules, the federal government has standards for how servers are built, how they are secured, and how their data is stored.
The FBI is looking into the configuration of the server that Clinton handed over to authorities.
Clinton has insisted that she never sent or received classified information at the time that it was classified and there has been no evidence that she broke the law.
However, the intelligence community's inspector general Charles McCullough III told Congress last week that he discovered two emails sent to Clinton that contained information classified as "Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information," which the government's highest levels of classification.

I’m sure she has been given the ‘don’t worry about it” from the powers that be. She’s acting pretty confident, doubling down on the bs and lies.
It could be the following
1. The Top Secret Classified information may be “Eyes Only” and too sensitive for anyone to see
2. The FBI is trying to contain this and defuse the scandal for the US, and protect Hillary
3. They are working directly for Loretta Lynch, who has decided she wants a conviction.
4. Hillary is blackmailing the FBI director, and the FBI is trying to get her first
Yeh the fix has always been in. Just wishing Hellary would go away— that would be enough justice of itself. The Supreme Court of Heaven will be the final say anyway over this corrupt regime and their ilk.
Throw them all out. Every last corrupt one of them.
Unfortunately, the tickets to the theater are season tickets. The Kabuki theater will continue. Too many traitors and criminals in governemt are involved in this.

Comey has been a sell out and Dem suck up ever since he turn-coated on Dubya over the so-called letting go US Attorneys “scandal” (which is traditional in new administrations)
He has not found a thing against high level Dems (Lois Lehrner?) and has investigated almost nothing about GOP charges of corruption or even the contempt charges Congress voted on against IRS.
How could this be? How about private e-mail servers? I would think the State Department would never want someone using a private e-mail. Just about everything they do is classified or secret. Does the CIA allow private e-mail use?
It's whatever.
Karma is rarely instant but it does eventually show up.
So, now we are told govt. business can be conducted in private? Why?
