Exactly! There is noting Draconian about following existing law. Existing law calls for ALL the measures in the proposal sans a legislative removal of birthright citizenship. That already exists for children born here to legal diplomats, people actually here by invitation. It would certainly be easy to extend that to children born to a foreign interloper who illegally entered the country intent on establishing an illegitimate claim to American benefits.
