Any weekend poll is going to skew toward the GOPe. The people at home on the weekend answering the phone are older, hooked into Fox News, and more loyal to the republican brand as peddled by the Rovians.
Huh??? The older people at home on the weekend are there because they don't have the finances to be anywhere else. That isn't because we didn't save for the future. It's because the messed-up economy has almost destroyed our life savings. And when we discuss politics, it's which of the age peers we prefer.....Trump or Sanders.
Anyone who remembers what the US was like until the mid-60s and the expectations we had for the future is going to prefer a candidate who had those same experiences and expectations growing up. And PS: we like folks who tell it like it is!
A lot to go through, one stat that stuck out is for “never heard of him”, Trump only got 1%, so everyone practically has heard of him. You would have had to live under a rock not to.

His unfavorable went from 59% to 58%. I don’t know if that’s “fallen” or “statistical noise”.

moderate 32%
liberal 20%
conservative 56%
A good mix, a VERY good mix.
Trunk is the huge tank with the biggest gun on the turret and the other candidates are attacking him with fly swatters.
Trump is within weeks of pulling away never to be caught again!
If the economy and markets have a 2008 style crash which it should in the second have Trump will be challenging 50%.
If Trump can make it to the general election, I think he would win it.
But the GOP Elite would do their best to stop him in the general election.
They’d spawn a third party candidate. Just like the election of 1980.
