Judge Andrew Napolitano said today his "gut" feeling is that the Justice Department will end up bringing charges against Hillary Clinton over private emails that contained classified information.
There are now reportedly more than 300 emails that have been flagged as potentially classified. The number could grow as federal agents continue to go through the trove of documents.
Meantime, journalist Bob Woodward likened the email scandal to the Watergate tapes that brought down President Richard Nixon.
In a "Fox and Friends" interview, Napolitano agreed with the assessment, saying just like Nixon, the former secretary of state seems to not realize that she's in "serious trouble."

I wonder about Cheryl Mills and Huma. This is not just about Hillary, people close to her are being dragged into this.
Will Cheryl or Huma be willing to go down for Hillary, to be the fall guy?? Will these girls be willing to face prison to protect Hillary somehow, by saying they deleted email or did other things without Hillarys knowledge???
Or will they turn on Hillary, perhaps in exchange for immunity, agree to testify in court, assuming these investigations climax in indictments????

She's the one that decided she wasn't going to held accountable to the American people.
She's the one that decided laws, rules & policy didn't apply to her.
She's the one that obstructed justice, deleting emails on her own with no oversight.

Or, if she IS charged, she'll be pardoned by The Boy King.

Like so many other previous Clinton scandals, it boils down to whether she was knowingly breaking the law or simply incompetent.
When will the media simply ask her - “Hillary, are you a crook? or just stupid?”

Only problem I have is if Hillary goes down, Bernie Sanders might be the Democrat nominee. He has a large following among young slackers, and that, plus voter fraud, could put him in the White House.

If she doesn’t know, she is incompetent and should drop out. If she knew, she is complicit and should be in jail.
Either way, there is way too much baggage here. She should wait till Chelsea gets back from Sardinia and announce she wants to spend more time with the grandchild.

What about the 100 or so others who sent classified emails to Hillary or recieved classified emails from her? Is the FBI looking at their computers? Probably all of the 305 classified emails originated on someone else’s computer. How did they get the classified emails onto their servers? How many went to and from Obama, Rice, etc.? Why aren’t we hearing about these other computers?
Why didn’t the FBI retrieve the thumb drive from Hillary’s lawyer? Why did they let him keep it? My theory on why they let him keep it is because they do not want to know what is on it. I am sure Obama and his crew also sent classified emails to Hillary’s server.
Rumor has it that Huma has gone down for Hillary numerous times.
She *might* be alienated politically, but I even doubt that. I bet she still runs for President.
The ELITES have powers, resources, and ways that none of the country class have. They NEVER go to jail if they don't want to.
The sender has no authority to make judgements on such a matter. The rule is much simpler: classified information may be transferred only through approved channels, and you are trained on proper use of those channels. For that reason the very fact that those emails ended up on her server indicates that someone, somewhere, broke the law. Who is that "someone?" Most likely it's the sender, and their name is printed right in those emails. Detective skills of Hercule Poirot's level are not needed here.

The ‘pardon’ is the leverage Valerie Jarett will use to prevent furtherance of Hilary’s run.
