I would beg to differ given their “dressed up” Buicks are still cut-down compared to US equivalents. They sell them with less engine, spartan interiors (save for upper end models), and lesser parts elsewhere in the car.

Some type of graphic manipulation software such as photoshop, etc. I'm not sure who did that graphic I posted or how. I received it by email.
I have an old copy of photoshop but I rarely use it. There are so many people who do custom graphics and they're all more artistic than I am.
I content myself writing code. I'm pretty good at that.
