Ummm, those are not Russian planes.
Those are modified Northrop T-38 / F-5 fighters.
The F-5 was designed in the late 50’s and first flew in 1962. The design is over 50 years old.

You speak of design. Where were the planes actually manufactured?

Did the Russians build and sell new F5 knockoffs?

In all seriousness, let us see the production facility. If they don't they are modifying the F-5's IMHO and did anyone take a look at the fairing to support these new twin canted rudders? It is a KLUDGE and I wouldn't be surprised it raised Drag through the moon.

So the question begs is this a publicity stunt and an EPIC FAIL all around....
