Of course a government server wouldn’t have been wiped clean, noyt would it have been a security risk. Umm....there are numerous recent stories which illustrate just how secure the government computing infrastructure is.

Part of me genuinely believes she will.
The PollyAnna half of me is convinced that America has enough functioning brain cells left to elect a conservative. The ‘practical’ half knows that if it meant winning, a bunch of conservatives would help elect her because they proved it in 12.

Not so fast my FRiend. Buckwheat will be out of office before these cases are fully adjudicated . He won't have anything to pardon her for in not all charges have been tried. Or am I wrong? I am not a lawyer though; I did spend a night under a Holiday Inn sign once...

She would NEVER do that.

If he pardons her for everything she did up to the day he leaves, what exactly does someone base a prosecution on? The underlying crimes were washed. She would have to OJ it and screw up something new from that point onward.
