So, I — so we went through a painstaking process and turned over 55,000 pages of anything we thought could be work-related. Under the law, that decision is made by the official. I was the official. I made those decisions.

In other words....she is the controlling legal authority.

It could all boil down to that. Whether or not she had the authority to decide what was work-related and what wasn’t.
Being she’s a rich Democrat, odds are the judge will decide in her favor.
