He may not be able to deport the kid but the parents can be deputed..
O’Rielly is wrong, that happens with him. He’s a bloviating ignoramus.
See Mark Levin....
No one is suggesting that we strip the citizenship of those that already have it. That is not what Trump is proposing.
The MSM is trying to imply that in order to muddy the waters.
Ike deported 2,000,000 in the 1950’s I think I read that somewhere..But that was before all the lawyers
I think it would have to be after the law. That leaves you with all the people that are already here. The solution: No immigration at all for five years. Let the country absorb them and make it manadatory that they go through the normal immigration process or they are deported. No welfare or bennies for that 5 year period.
O’reilly was bombasting about anchor babies. You sure as hell can deport their parent(s) who blasted across the border to scam the country.
How many of the illegals in this country are anchor babies?
That would imply an ex post facto law. So, no. I think that it would be argued that while there was no previous law in place, the practice was in place and accepted as legal.
He did say that families will be kept together
In Mexico
A bunch but at this stage they are legal citizens, so that part of Trumps plan wouldn’t work. All the rest of his plan would work.
The only problem is this do you apply it RETROACTIVELY? or do you apply it only AFTER the law is passed?

Article 1 Section 9 specifically says no ex post facto laws shall be passed.
“How many of the illegals in this country are anchor babies?”
Well, exactly zero “anchor babies” are “illegals” under current law. That’s the entire point.
If the courts giveth.....Congress can taketh away.
If the leftist judges can confer citizenship with a wink and a nod, Congress can strip them of their ill gotten ‘gains’ in the same manner.
Deport 1st 2nd 3rd generations of illegal beans.
Really? You really posted that?
Go ahead and quote it Bill, and let the debate begin!
Well, Leprechaun...
The law says otherwise. These classes of people, even if born here, are NOT American citizens under the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952:
a child born on American soil to a:
(1) foreign ambassador,
(2) head of state,
(3) foreign military prisoner
So what prevents Congress from simply adding another class of people to the list?
Bill O’Baxter is, again, totally wrong. Mark Levin talked of this at length Monday. The 14th Amendment does NOT grant citizenship rights to non-citizens. Moreover, another section of the Constitution gives “plenary power” to Congress on all matters of Naturalization. That’s absolute.
Exactly. Make the parents want to leave (not that difficult - no jobs) and they will take the kids with them.
The government is monitoring all of our monetary activity, they know everything you do in that regard. Illegal Mexicans send BILLIONS to Mexico every year, the feds know it and can track it. Shut that down now. Bingo. Watch the exodus.
No jobs & no way to send $ to Mexico. Watch the tsunami of illegals heading south.
It isn’t rocket science. Our representatives know that. They are liars. They want the illegals here.
I have come to the conclusion that regardless of the issue, the MSM will create distractions as soon as there is any detail to a plan. Go to Trump's website and read his immigration position paper. There are enough details in the plan for this to play out in the media for months.
