Your local Sheriff is the chief LEO in your county. Not even the POTUS can over rule him in his county.
If convinced this is murder, he can have power and water shut off to these clinics, and chain the doors immediately . He needs NO court order, he IS the law.
If it looks like murder .. I’d say it’s murder.
I cannot imagine anyone doing such a thing to a BABY .. it’s so horrible.
And people wonder why their country is going to pieces.
