Cruz is and has been mostly on the right page on immigration, but what I found disappointing is his lack of emphasis and a tendency to be somewhat mealy-mouthed about it. Now that he sees how much traction Trump gets on account of the issue, and how strong the grassroots opposition is to amnesty, perhaps Cruz will start putting his immigration platform center-stage.
