Trump Rally Possibly Moved to Ladd Peebles Stadium (Mobile, AL)

UPDATE: According to ticket provider, Eventbrite, the location for Donald Trump’s pep rally in Mobile Friday has been moved. When you register for a ticket the site says the event will now be held at Ladd Peebles Stadium.

According to a tweet posted Wednesday night by CNN political reporter, Sarah Murray, Trump staffers told her the new venue is a football field. Nothing official has been confirmed.

News 5 will provide new details when information is made available.

Republican Presidential front-runner Donald Trump is expected to pack the house for his pep rally and town hall event Friday night in Mobile.

The only question now is, which house will he pack?

News 5 is told Trump tickets are being downloaded at such a high rate that moving the event out of the Mobile Civic Center Theater might be unavoidable.

It’s impossible to plan anything outdoors in our weather. People around here are used to it.

According to Weatherbug, the storm clouds are supposed to clear from Mobile around 7:00 pm tomorrow night. Of course, that's a pretty long forecast taking it down to the hour. But these storm systems have been very scattered this week, so maybe the weather will be good enough for a big crowd to show up at Ladd Stadium.

I just read that assuming thet can withstand the heat that it could go as high as 30,000. I assume it will be after sun down but it is so hot and humid. They will need some breeze.

Bush on the other hand is in small rooms with bored looking people in folding chairs, sitting with arms crossed or standing in the back with incredibly bored expressions on their faces. Reminds me of a courtroom full of people contesting traffic tickets. LOL, man you really described that perfectly! The expression on Jebuardo's face looks like he's thinking "my Mother was right, I should NOT have run, this is simply insane". Jebuardo? IT SUCKS TO BE YOU! I have to be honest and say Cruz is boring also - he even looks bored (because of how he squints his eyes trying to look earnest). This is not a critique of Cruz's positions just on his stagecraft or showmanship or whatever the term is. Cruz is a lawyer (a brilliant one at that) and his speaking style has been trained over the years to hold the attention span for a dozen people only. So that can explain why he does not fire anyone up when he speechifies.

A Jeb speech releases it’s captive audience, and a couple exiting looks for the flag on the antenna of their car that helps them find it.

And every single car in the parking lot of the Jeb speech has the same orange day glo flags on all the antennas.

At the end a policeman is trying to give confused souls assistance and you see behind him, in the background, even his police car has the orange “find me” flag. ;)
