Yes, but with Trump’s Clintonian relationship with the truth that proves nothing. But the media splashes his hook lines all over the headlines, but they don’t bother to report the full story. Like how Trump has said multiple times since running that he would let illegals stay. Or that he changes his position on immigration very day. Or how his business depends on illegals. Or how his campaign manager his a major amnesty activist who flipped Rubio on amnesty. No, the media covers it all up. They ONLY present things the way the Trump camp wants them to.

Personally I think the whole anchor baby thing is a distraction at this point anyway. A president can't singlehandedly change it and the current congress isn't going to change it either.

All I expect at this point is someone I trust to tell me that they intend to secure the border and enforce the law. Once those two things are done we can move forward on the other issues one at a time.

Yeah, I understand that Trump does seem to vary on the specifics of his positions fairly frequently, and I do find that troubling, and I have commented that he will take 5 different positions on the same issue within the same sentence.

But something that counter balances that trait of his for me is his trait of being a very candid an open speaker who does not use prepared lines or practiced answer and speeches focus grouped for maximum effect and such.

He’s a real guy speaking in normal language, and that is truly interesting and rare in my estimation.

Sometimes it doesn’t work to his advantage when he appears to contradict himself, but other times it does work to his advantage, because he connects with real people, and lots of them.

He is a unique individual, he has gravitas, if I may use that bit of an infamous word.

I do not think it is a wise thing to do to dismiss him.

I mean, Nick, I dismissed him straight off when he announced, just NAH, and I made jokes about him.

Now I am listening to what he says and trying to figure out if this is a man I can vote for.

He is so far effectively selling himself to me, I have to be honest about it.
