He seems to have changed his stance now that he has heard te argument. That is a good thing!
But as a Constitutional scholar I would've hope Cruz would come to the conclusion on his own - assuming that the writers of the 14th amendment meant to include illegals, as well as the various subsequent related rulings up until the 60s, does not pass the giggle test.
That leaves Cruz at -1 and Walker at -22 : )
