I would say they exhibit self absorption to the exclusion of everyone else.
Like banks and brokerage houses that are “too big to fail”, some egos are just “too big to jail”.
But they finally got O.J. Simpson behind bars, didn’t they?
Same with Al Capone. Maybe not on the original charge, but sometimes, something relatively unrelated.
That is a key characteristic of all sexual miscreants - gays, pedos, adulterers, transvestites, etc. Absolute obsession with their own genitals and nothing else is more important.
