An interesting hypothetical would have been:

Imagine, hypothetically, you had a muslim caterer, and imagine a customer wants to order bacon-wrapped hot dogs for an event. Since the caterer is open to the public, must he accept the order?

Even better - suppose you engage a muslim caterer or banquet hall and insist on having liquor. Or those muslim cab drivers in Minnesota who were refusing to transport passengers carrying alcohol.
