I don’t know what’s with CNN these days; they seem to have shifted a bit to the right and seem to be covering things a bit more objectively these days. They’ve certainly quit totally trashing Trump.
Same with NBC: they almost seem to be Trump cheerleaders at times.
Maybe they’ve decided they actually need some people to watch them to stay viable, and/or maybe they see this as their chance to stick it to Murdoch. Or maybe they think Hillary will cream Trump, so that’s why they’re playing kingmakers there.

VERY likely and in light of the hammering Fox Network took over their ‘fair and balanced’ debates, they may have thought it was time to strike while the iron is hot.
