Exactly. The line after the one you quoted in the Declaration is just as important, "That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."

Not only do governments not grant rights, they don't have rights. Government protects the rights of We the People and We the People give the government powers to do that.

And ‘a woman’s right to choose’ what she does with her body is made at the time she engages in the sexual act. She does NOT have the right to take the life of the child as a means of declaring she has ‘a right to murder’ her children.......
