The whole thing looks like a Photoshop job one tends to crank out when a customer:

1. wants it yesterday
2. won't supply decent photos.

People would be surprised by some of the idiotic circumstances the poor schlub on the lowest rung of the graphic design ladder gets to deal with.

Btw, campaign staffs and other folks working for any campaign are supposed to critique/examine any final product prior to it going into production.

His campaign seems to have difficulty performing even basic tasks.
