Triangulation is not a dirty word. In Canada, Prime Minister Stephen Harper coined the term incrementalism - don’t advocate for what you want to happen but advocate for a step along the way to what you want. He only achieved success politically on the national level when he adopted that approach. Incrementalism is a form of triangulation.
But that’s not what Rand has been doing. He’s been shamelessly pandering - going down rabbit trails that will not lead to anything good.
