The wife and I had an ‘instance’ back in the 90s with Rite Aid. Never have gone there since.
Wife was pregnant with number five. Went for pre-natal vitamins (Rx you know). They gave her someone else’s birth control pills.
When we questioned them they looked again and saw the name match was close but not the same.
So things should not be Rx, this is one example.
