I can guaran-damn-tee you that the Norks will buy millions of these and mandate implantation. They will probably be the first. And just think, it's only 2-3 years away.
I can certainly imagine China purchasing about 1 billion of these.
Obama must be frustrated that he'll be out of office before he can issue his edict to HHS to mandate the implantation of these devices in every woman.
The mark of the beast will most likely be a DNA modification that gives you immortality (and removes any chance at salvation since you are no longer fully human) after the false alien savior comes down from the clouds with the technology.
