They’ve seen Hollyweird movies about well-meaning outsiders fighting the good fight and getting deliciously persecuted for it by “the man.” Ooh, that’s the good life. A life full of meaning. These gals might even meet other gals of like-mind at their march, and fall in love!
They didn’t really like Sally Field, they just loved the ridiculous premise and maudlin union revenge fantasies of ‘Norma Rae.’
