I'm sure many women are thinking: "Is this somebody who I want to be remembered as the FIRST woman president?"

In 2008, the rush to elect the "first black President" was so great that the vast majority of the voting public did not stop to ask whether BHO was the one everyone would want to remember as the FBP. I think the rush to elect the FWP is not as great: there is a sense in the public that FWP will occur soon enough, perhaps even in 2016, and it doesn't have to be Hillary! who fills the heeled pumps.
