When I hear someone say something like that, I always think to myself or say "if he literally is tightening a noose around someone's neck, you better call the police."

Three strikes and you are out saves lives. Criminals commit crimes. Hardened criminals commit many crimes. Few criminals get caught every time they commit a crime so one can assume that those with three strikes have committed many more than three strikes.

Moore played a major tole in denying a Milwaukee major heavy equipment manufactuer from expanding there. She was also influential in getting a resolution passed at the Wisconsin dempcrat convention against allowing a proposed mineing operation begin in northern Wisconsin.

She says the way to help black people is:
Get rid of three strike laws for black peoples third conviction, raise minimum wage because those are the jobs black people have, quit trying to take away welfare because they are on drugs, and black people are incapable of getting an ID card.
How are black Americans not offended by this???
Imagine if a republican believed and said something like this, the outrage would be the top story for weeks.

Oh yes, and this idiot (Moore) claims a “degree” from Harvard when, “literally” it was a one week long seminar she attended there.
FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.

Apparently, Gwen Moore does not understand the meaning of the word literallyIt's one of those big, fancy words the ice people use when they're pretending to be serious.
What's wrong with that?
