Rep. Gwen Moore (D-Wis.) said Monday that Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, a Republican presidential candidate, is "tightening the noose, literally" around African-Americans.
Moore, a black lawmaker from Milwaukee, made the comment during a phone call with reporters that coincided with Walker campaigning in the early voting state of South Carolina.
Moore said Walker was "literally campaigning around the state, saying you don't want to be like Milwaukee, while at the same time really tightening the noose, literally, around African-Americans."
"He cut his teeth on 'three strikes and you're out' mandatory minimum sentences — really, you know, trail 'em, nail 'em and jail 'em politics ... and so we really have a high incarceration rate," she added.
Moore mentioned Walker's opposition to raising the minimum wage, support for requiring photo IDs to vote and drug testing in order to receive public aid as hurting blacks, according to The Associated Press.
A Walker campaign spokeswoman did not immediately return a request for comment from The Hill. Wisconsin Radio Network contacted another campaign official who declined to respond to what she called “inflammatory and inappropriate comments."
Oh, and if you haven't heard it in the headlines, he hates women and Muslims and gays and so on and so on and so on - oh and he's "stupid" too.
It's a just a mirage that he's won 3 elections in 4 years and lowered taxes, passed Photo ID, expanded gun rights, passed Life legislation, etc. etc. etc.
Another reminder that liberalism is a mental illness.
And tamed public sector unions, passed right to work, repealed instate tuition for illegals (1st 6 months into his 1st term), froze university tuition, tenure is out of the states’ constitution now too.

Apparently, Gwen Moore does not understand the meaning of the word “literally”.
She seems to have problems understanding “tightening the noose” also.
Show us one black person with a noose around his or her neck with Scott Walker holding the other end.
Rep. Moore is just playing up to his Democrat base of Godless Communists, socialists, criminals, perverts, racists, baby killers, parasites, dilettantes, pseudo intellectuals, opportunists, and other assorted feeble minded Liberals.
Moore is in the safest (from a political perspective) district in the whole state. She can get away with saying things like this because she routinely wins elections by a 3-1 margin there. She’s a real piece of work, but she’ll have that seat for as long as she wants it.
Her son was arrested a few years back for slashing the tires on Republican party campaign vehicles, btw. Nice family, huh?
When I was in Superior this morning I didn’t see any mobs rushing out with campaign signs, stickers or otherwise, rounding anyone up for lynching.
I suppose he might be related to Santa Clause and have some super special means to achieve these hanging of men and that might explain it.

She literally has never looked up the word “literally” in the dictionary. Unless there is a video, which would literally be all over YouTube.
It is “literally” the most misused word in today’s lexicon. I heard someone last week say “I was literally dying at how funny that movie was.” Modern medicine is fabulous. :-)
