Fine. Then you support Ted Cruz and vote for him when you can.
When it dawns on you I was right, you can sit out and not vote for Trump.
Like I said, you can continue to play the game by GOPe rules or you can try another way.
How is it working not voting for the Republican nominee every four years?
2008 Obama, 2012 Obama, 2016 Shultz Biden or Hillary, 2020 Shultz Biden or Hillary, 2024 another Leftist Republican we can’t vote for...
How is that going to turn our nation around?
At some point don’t you realize we have to start voting for people again?
When do suggest that take place 2028? 2032? 2036? Never?
You keep changing the subject to try to win an argument you can’t win. We’re talking about who we’re voting for in this primary.
Thank you Yaelle. I appreciate that comment.
I try to voice what I think a lot of people are thinking, but don’t know how to express.
Well, it doesn’t look like people are choosing that true conservative, does it?
It doesn’t appear that whatever that true conservative is selling people are buying in significant enough numbers to get him elected, does it?
People seem to be buying what Trump is selling, and that is basically all there is to it.
I will not be voting for Cruz. I live in California, and by the time the primary rolls around to California, either the GOPe desired nominee will already have it sewn up, or Trump will be revealed to be the party nominee.
You’re not going to win. If Trump wasn’t even in the race you wouldn’t win.
We have all tried to back the most Conservative nominee.
How has that worked out for us? For some strange reason, you think this next spring will be different. After 28 years, even you mist have doubts about that.
If I lived back East and could vote for Cruz early on, I still wouldn’t vote for him, because I am not going to wait until April to start voting for someone else I think can beat the GOPe favorite.
This time around, I’m bolting the usual suspects. I’m voting for Trump.
I have explain why to you, and I have made perfect sense.
You simply refuse to accept reality. Perhaps after another three or four Democrat administrations you’ll might finally wake up.
Personally, I’m not waiting that long.
To be fair, Obama had never run anything before he ran for POTUS. So if Trump gets elected simply because “people dig him,” we know at least that he has in fact run a few things, here and there.
;p
One is a job and wealth producer and the other is a muzzi.See the difference?
He cant
Big difference here.We are not the GOPe and the ones telling you to vote for romnuts were GOPe.
Bears repeating.Thank you.
Obama was elected because John McCain was an awful candidate, and reelected because Romney wasn’t much better. Both would have won if they had campaigned to their base and not worried about the supposed middle undecided voter.
And honestly, would most anything be different? I think so - Obama Care would be McCain -Pelosi care, or fixed by Mitt who would have implemented it even further. Amnesty would have happened in reality instead of name, and both would have nominated even more liberal judges in the name of bipartisanship. Libya would still have Quaddafy, Egypt would have stayed under control of extremists rather than being rescued by their military, and ISIS would have been even more powerful with Syria fully under their control.
As bad as Obama has been, it would be nothing compared to the disaster that our ‘own’ people would have done to us.
And if it really becomes a race just between Hillary and Jeb, I’d rather have Hillary as she’ll spend half her term just going after those who she feels betrayed her rather than spending his full term betraying conservatives.
Wow....another endorsement from a fabulous conservative. /s
Hey Vet, hope you’re doing well.
Although I think Cruz would make a great president, it seems Trump is on fire.
If he means what he says, he could do great things.
Cruz supporting Trumps’ comments puts me a little more at east as he is no fool.
Trump/Cruz? Cruz is still very young and will be just as brilliant 8 years from now.
Priceless!
General ursus.
So you want to the Democrats to take over the GOP and that will help>
So you admit that you always vote for the leftmost candidate and you want to do it again this year. The truth comes out. Trump supporters are the people who voted for Dole, Bush, and Romney. The squishy left of the party. Trump was a Romney supporting crony, now you are going even farther to the left. When will you be happy? When Bernie Sanders is too conservative for the GOP. Maybe you can convince Elizabeth Warren to run in the GOP in 2020.
Yes, so why don't you pull your head out of the sand and stop supporting another GOPe loser candidate just because you think Trump is "electable." That strategy has gotten them nowhere. How many losers will you have to back before you learn a lesson?
He won because of the color of his skin and those who are a different shade wanted to give him a chance. They did not vote with their minds because it would have taken investigation. Very hard to do /s.
Even the boss supported Romney, if you’ll recall.
That’s what happens - and what we end up with - when the establishment chooses our candidate (Bush, Dole, Bush, McShame, McRomney, etc.).
We have an opportunity to support someone who isn’t just despised by the left, but by the GOPe, as well. Someone who’s said they’ll build a border fence, deport illegals - which is a plan assisted and supported by the conservative immigration star, Jeff Sessions, will repeal 0CommieCare and bring back jobs, to put Americans back to work.
Yet, you go running to the Trump threads, to throw a hissy fit, every chance you get....rather than wait and see how things turn out, in the polls and primary, for your candidate....whoever that may be. Give it a rest, FRiend.
