My Dell Venue 8 runs the Windows 8 Operating System with Bing search and the Chrome browser. Microsoft Windows wants to upgrade me to the new Windows 10 for free. Free is good, but I’ve read and heard mixed reviews of Windows 10.

it suits my needs but not everyone likes Dell and Windows.
