Do not suffer fools lightly. Ramos was being very disruptive and did not so much want any answer, but only to divert the attention away from what The Donald was attempting to answer to another of the corps of reporters in the room.
Rightly, the disruptive element was ejected from the room, but was allowed in later when cooler heads had prevailed.

They didn’t give a damn that the so-called reporter hack was shouting out of turn, well after another was acknowledged.
Not just unflappable but he is in charge. Not only was the disruptor removed he was also allowed back in. When he showed he would play by the rules Trump answered not just one but several of his questions. A good lesson for all press
