WaPo Editorial: Republicans should stop wasting time attacking Planned Parenthood
Washington Post ^ | August 25, 2015

Posted on 08/26/2015 3:56:44 AM PDT by Zakeet

THE ANTIABORTION movement seems to have gained new momentum. Thousands of protesters rallied outside Planned Parenthood clinics over the weekend. Republicans in Congress and on the presidential campaign trail are demanding a crackdown on the organization. Several Republican governors have moved to cut off funds, including Gov. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, a state with just two Planned Parenthood clinics that don’t even perform abortions.

Energizing the fight, which threatens to complicate this fall’s federal budget negotiations and could lead to a government shutdown, are notorious sting videos from the so-called Center for Medical Progress targeting Planned Parenthood officials.

[Snip]

The videos seek to show that Planned Parenthood has violated federal law by selling fetal tissue to scientific researchers. It has long been legal for patients to donate culled fetal tissue for medical research and for abortion clinics to recoup the costs they incur to facilitate the donations. The videos are strategically edited and employ familiar antiabortion shock tactics, such as the use of gruesome images of fetal tissue and inflammatory language; they may show distressing insensitivity on the part of some Planned Parenthood staff but there is certainly nothing close to illegality.

[Snip]

Defunding Planned Parenthood, meanwhile, would deny women access to all sorts of non-abortion services, such as contraception, cancer screening, sexually transmitted disease testing and so forth.

The Washington Compost aligns itself with a racist, genocidal organization. Planned Parenthood by it's own admission places it's so called 'clinics' in inner city neighborhoods with large numbers of blacks and hispanics because that is where the market is.

Margaret Sanger was well regarded by the Ku Klux Klan, made speeches in front of the Klan, called for the culling of the black population due to it being 'inferior' to whites, and her eugenicist views were also admired and endorsed by the Nazi Party in Germany.

And lest we forget, Hillary Rotten Clinton is a proud supporter of Planned Parenthood, admires Margaret Sanger and received an award bearing Sanger's racist name on it.

The American Holocaust of unborn babies has been placed in the spotlight like never before, and the Washington Compost's reaction?

"Fire up the ovens!"

Someone should propose that the mothers aborting their babies should get the money from the baby parts. That would put things in perspective.

Yes, we should stop criticizing Planned Parenthood, because letting them engage in atrocities that would make the Khmer Rouge cringe is just (in Obama’s words) “the right thing to do.”

The videos are strategically edited...

You need read no further when you get to this unsupported assertion. It is nothing more than a talking point. Don't buy it; there is ZERO supporting evidence.

The trade in aborted (murdered) baby body parts is substantial.

Dear WaPo staff,

It is impossible to be a good person and still support PP. Anyone that watches the videos AND still supports the death camps is a ghoul with no soul!

I tell ya what, I’ll double PP funding in conjuction with a ban on abortion. You up for that?

"When you’re taking flack, it means you’re over the target."

Agreed but it's "FLAK" from the German FLugzeugAbwerKanone (antiaircraft cannon).

"Flack" is a paid propagandist selling stuff.

... notorious sting videos from the so-called Center for Medical Progress targeting Planned Parenthood officials.

Note the semantics used; "notorious", "sting videos" and "so-called". How about "so-called" Planned Parenthood? How about "notorious" Planned Parenthood?

They’re attempting to save Planned Parenthood by making the “too big to fail” argument in it’s defense.

We are wasting our time trying to stop the killing of innocent humans? Further proof that Libs/Dems/Progs have ALREADY sacrificed their souls to Satan on the altar of political correctness (reproductive 'choice', women's "healthcare", calling the butchery & probable infanticide 'nothing close to illegality'). The butchers & their enablers will reap their just rewards in due time for all eternity.

Isaiah 40:11

He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.

Mark 10:13-16

13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” 16 And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.

Josef Mengele practiced medicine 70 years too early.

If he were around nowadays the Washington ComPost would be celebrated him for being on the leading edge of medical research and pioneering the fight against genetic disease and birth defects.

Well gosh, maybe they could get it somewhere else or else pay for it themselves! Or maybe the great humanitarians at PP could hit up their lib benefactor's for coin, eh? So many rich libs love them so much, why do they need our money? Why should the taxpayer have to fund these cannibals?

Instead, attack those who are profiting by this genocide.

Any company, politician, or group that supports them should be sued by those poor women who got robbed. They were defrauded by those vermin.

Sue ‘em all dry.

That is a flat out lie! Planned Parenthood can't name one thing they do besides abortion that some other FREE clinic would do.

Besides, I thought the EXPENSIVE Obamacare debacle was the answer to all of this! /s
