A disgruntled former employee of a Virginia TV station stalked and ambushed a news crew during a live interview Wednesday morning before opening fire, killing a reporter and photographer and wounding the woman being interviewed.
Vester Lee Flanagan II, 41, who went by the name Bryce Williams while working at the station, WDBJ, has been identified as the suspect. His name was initially reported as Lester Lee Flanagan.
Flanagan shot himself after being confronted by police, WHSV reports. He was taken to the hospital and died at about 1:25 p.m.
The gunman opened fire during a live interview with a member of the local Chamber of Commerce. Cameraman Adam Ward, 27, and reporter Alison Parker, 23, of WDBJ 7 TV, were killed. The woman being interviewed, Vicki Gardner, was also shot and wounded, the Roanoke Times reports. She is in surgery after being shot in the back. Gardner is the executive director at the Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce.
He was later confronted by police in Fauquier County, about three hours away from where the shooting occurred.

Queers often overreact violently when angered. Most serial killers are queer. There is a reason they call them "Drama Queens", they literally need to be projecting drama on everyone.
They are mentally ill, and it was right to lock them up in institutions which is what was done with them up until the sixties. I personally think the phenomena of the queers "coming out" which started in the late sixties was no doubt due to the numbers of them which had been released from the mental institutions in that era.
He should be mad at his parents for naming him Vester.

Spot on - I caught that comment of his station manager as well.
There’s a whole cottage industry of jerks pushing so-called “micro-aggressions” against minorities. Those clowns pushing that agenda should be held to account for this sort of travesty; instead, you can expect to see them getting paid gigs laying guilt trips on incoming college students.

Yup. I used to business travel a great deal in Asia. They have very tight gun control and a relatively low availability to even get a gun if you are "qualified".
Rage murders like this are carried out with knives, saws, machetes, claw hammers...
