I thought it was due to new coaching because of previous criticisms of her being shrill and abrasive.
Maybe it actually is from the concussion.

Then, of course, the same factions who knocked her out of the race in 2008 are likely working again. The Biden-Fauxahauntus meeting is one indicator.
I look for her to start slurring her speech and eventually she will be helped from the stage. Then all quiet for a few days then announcement that she’s dropping out of the race. And I think Obama promised Bill a pardon this past weekend.
I also see Hillary’s statement about Biden as being an endorsement.
She will NOT go to prison.
