It would require a Constitutional amendment to repeal the 2nd Amendment.

Obama, Kerry, and the rest of the Uniparty believe they are a power unto themselves, and that the Constitution is no longer operative. They will attempt gun confiscation as soon as they think they have sufficient power to accomplish it, at least in the Democrat-controlled zones.
