That's not true. The treaty does not become law unless and until the Senate specifically APPROVES it by a two thirds majority. It the Senate just ignored it, it would never become law.

I don’t let the NRA dictate who I vote for, if the NRA endorsement is all you use you’ll end up with a majority on manchins and cochrans and when they get control they won’t need you or the NRA anymore.
