I think both are likely. Clinton’ allowed advanced missile technology slip over to the Chinese when bill was in. DPRK got nukes too, in a similar way the Iranians will have now (unless of course, they already do, hence the dire need for “a deal”).
Main reason to hide server is to hide these shenanigans. As Huma was getting eyes only stuff for Hilary (cause other govs didn’t want to send stuff to a private email) huma had great opportunity to copy Iranians, hence terrorists.

FOX Biz has Ed Henry showing Hillary with a tiny outdoor crowd at some college in Ohio. It looks bad for her. I mean AWFUL. The clip shown where she compares Republicans with terrorists on the subject of women, her voice sounds hesitant, desperate.
Also, Ed reports that the Biden team has already booked a presence at the upcoming Democrat National Committee meeting, where Hillary will be forced to try to sooth the worriers.
With a Biden contingent there her message will be offset in fine fashion, I believe. Yikes!

I doubt it would happen, but I would absolutely do cartwheels if it came out that Biden called out HRC on her emails, saying something like “Hillary? It’s time for you to fold your tent and accept that you’re never going to be President, because what you did with your emails was ILLEGAL, and I have copies of the top secret material that you sent to ME from your unsecured ‘private server’ which proves it, I’ve already turned it over to the FBI, and if you ‘fess up now and start telling the truth, they might cut you a decent plea deal and you can avoid serving any prison time, ok?”

OMGosh!! The earth would spin on its axis to hear Biden come out and take it to Hillary right out of the gate!
Do you follow the line of thinking that Biden knows, or can know with a phone call, exactly what Hillary’s future is, on the likelihood of an indictment?
Seems to me a green light for any Clinton indictment comes from the top, if and when the Clintons are concerned, so possibly Obama could make it possible for Biden to find out.
What if she obtained the consent of a dozen members of Congress from both houses and from both political parties?
Which is exactly what I have maintained since the beginning, and so have a lot of others here.
EVERYTHING leads to the Leadership of BOTH PARTIES, which is why NOTHING will be done.
I think that Biden has known all along that Hillary had one foot on a banana peel, and the other foot in a patch of oil.
And I don’t really think that Obama would have had anything to do with Biden knowing or not knowing, the fact is Biden has been in the federal government since Barky was 11 years old in 1972, so I suspect that Biden has cultivated more than enough discreet and covert connections throughout the federal leviathan to keep him in the loop on anything he wants to know about, and Hillary’s email ‘problem’ would certainly qualify.
While the Loretta Lynch/Eric Holder 2.0 Justice Department will certainly do Barky’s bidding, I’m not convinced that current FBI director James Comey will. If the FBI is able to build a creditable case against Hillary, I expect that Obama and his handler Valerie Jarrett will give the nod to Lynch to go after the Clintons, and it will be against BOTH Clintons, since the greater issue will be the charge of bribery by foreign governments via the Clinton ‘Foundation’, in which those governments received favorable treatment from HRC in her position as SecState.
Another FReeper whose name escapes me at the moment pointed out that while Bill Clinton could never be compelled to testify against Hillary (the whole ‘spousal privelege’ thing), there is nothing that says the feds couldn’t put the squeeze on Chelsea who is probably just as involved and my prediction is that she would sing like a canary to avoid the possibility of jail time and being separated from her relatively new blessed edition.
And there are many, many others throughout the government who most likely know a LOT more about the crimes of the Clintons, and once that prosecutorial ball shows signs of rolling downhill, those individuals will all want to be on the right side, because NObody significant is going to take a fall for the Clintons anymore, and that doesn’t bode well for the Arkansas Grifters.
Don’t put anything past the Clinton Grifters.

My question would be, why does Judge Napolitano even have to ask? We all know she is a criminal, who has been getting away with criminal activity for decades, and will continue to get away with criminal activity until the day she stands tall in front of God. That is the only time she will ever be held accountable for anything, unfortunately.
Also, I really believe that if the administration and Justice Department want to play this off against Clinton with as little visibility of their own involvement as possible, they are going to let October come, and then let it appear to be the Trey Gowdy Committee who can be held responsible for driving the stake through the heart of her campaign.
Such an outcome would be very good for business as far as the DNC would see it. Going into the election they get to blame Republicans and that mean ole’ Trey Gowdy, and the administration skates from any overt connection to the FBI activity to push out Hillary. Of course, an indictment will be coming with permission from the very top, but who cares—
they will point over there, to Gowdy on the Benghazi investigation.
I don’t think the administration or anyone else can go after Bill Clinton or little dwarf Clinton, Chelsea. The Democrat electorate will never allow for that and Republicans are cowards and will never do it either, unless Trump runs the netherregions of the cowards out of office and out of DC entirely.
So, how does Trey play this? He is going for the facts here, but how he extracts them and lays them on the grill is matter of political skill. What’s it gonna be, do you guys think?
You know it’s funny Rita, as I read through your post, I was contemplating all the different possibilities of how it might play out, and the first thing that came to my mind was what I’ve heard called the ‘TTT’ (3T) approach, i.e. “Tip The Table” as in what one does when they’re in a game of checkers (or chess) and they don’t want to play it all the way through so they trash the game in favor of ...
... an unexpected tragedy, Hillary Rotten Clinton succumbing to a fatal aneurysm, a terrible fall, with a resulting concussion, and the question one immediately asks would be “who benefits” from such an awful unanticipated event like that?
First, the ‘RAT party benefits because they no longer have to endure the drip, drip, drip of email scandals consuming their former ‘front runner’.
Second, the Obamunist regime certainly benefits because the late Mrs. Clinton will be silenced and anyone from her inner circle who might have been prone to talk too much or to spill the beans about *anything*, will be frightened into silence.
Third, the liberal-leftists from coast-to-coast will benefit because they will gin up the most incredible display of feigned grief, wailing and gnashing of teeth, it will make the gag-a-palooza festival at the Paul Wellstone ‘memorial service’ look positively dignified.
Fourth, the Republican Party will be marginalized as the tsunami of mourning will end up snatching a potential 2016 victory right out of their jaws, as the ‘RATS will have a martyr for the ages.
And Vince Foster will be grinning from ear to ear.

I marvel! You know your scenario would play very nicely with the National Enquirer story on Hillary suffering from several strokes and having MS!
Perhaps she leaked the proposal to the Inquirer herself, in preparation for the worst case scenario.
I have not seen a single post on the Inquirer story anywhere. I don’t know if they have even gone to press with it, but it’s coming apparently.
My thoughts on it are sheer speculation, however I am convinced that there is literally *nothing* that is beyond the criminals in the current Obamunist regime, just like there was nothing the Clinton Crime Syndicate wasn’t capable of during their eight year reign.
I believe however that if the Clintons think they can prevail in this current situation, they are only deluding themselves for their time has passed, and their graves are very likely to be dug by the even more vicious sociopaths that took their place in the White House.
