Sure, illegals have the full protection of the constitution! Why don’t you list for us some of their other “rights”?
anyone on US soil has US constitutional rights. Including all the Gitmo inmates if Obama gets his wish and enrolls them into US jails, colleges or neighborhoods. That is WHY we have Gitmo. It is for enemy combatants. It is NOT on US soil.
