RINO Hugh Hewitt put the big question to Marco Rubio that conservatives are voraciously debating at the moment does he support efforts to repeal the Fourteenth Amendment as its been understood for decades?
RINO Rubio follows many other GOP candidates response which is that if we simply enforce the laws as they stand now, we dont need to change birthright citizenship. But repealing it by repeal or statute is a terribly popular idea among the conservative base, and his numbers are slipping, so it may be an existential question for him. And he answered in the negative.
Nothing that is done by SCROTUS is unintentional or a “goof-up”. It was done intentionally to destroy our civil society and normalize vice to collapse culture. It has ALL been to destroy our Constitution since the “progressives”-—and change it into Stalin’s Constitution for the totalitarian NWO of the Progressives (sodomite Marxists).
“Holmes helped move American legal thinking towards legal realism, as summed up in his maxim: “The life of the law has not been logic; it has been experience.”[2] Holmes espoused a form of moral skepticism and opposed the doctrine of natural law, marking a significant shift in American jurisprudence. “
Holmes, jr needs to be tarred and feathered for Treason and for single-handedly destroying our “Justice System” (which was unconstitutional)-—and making it into the irrational, Marxist system of Stalin’s. Other Marxists on the bench today need to be impeached and put in prison-—they promote an irrational Vice System of Stalin’s.
I could see that happening.
It was a good short run when it lasted. Adios...
Hewitt is an ignoramus who is for homosexual “marriage” and all sorts of irrational, vile uses of the human body (Vice System instead of a true Justice System of Law).
He is either one of the useful idiots as he is proving in the Rubio case, or he is just really, truly dumb. I’ve listened to him for years-—there is no “Logic” between his ears. He does have a few good qualities-—although his lack of Common Sense is truly annoying and I can’t listen to him at times. Only when he interviews Larry Arns and more logical people, like Prager and Steyn.
It does doesn’t it. Thanks...
I didn’t even realize he had his own show. LOL
Well it’s a horse race to see which of those two is worse, that’s for sure. Both of them claim to be “conservatives”, but their idea of a good conservative is Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio.
Medved and his pal Larry Kudlow began their political careers on the anti-war hard Left, giving aid and comfort to the Communist regime in Hanoi when they were shooting American boys.
Hewitt is the sort of oily Eddie Haskell kid who always ingratiated himself with the powers that be, and meanwhile stabbed his contemporaries in the back.
I’m listening to the delayed broadcast of Hewitt on KRLA right now, and he’s pontificating about the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship. As usual with him (and Medved) Hewitt announced that the 14th Amendment confers citizenship on the babies of illegal aliens. And he announced that there is nothing that we can do about it.
Of course, Hewitt and Medved absolutely do not want us to do anything about it. Their loyalty, as good soldiers for the GOP establishment, is to illegal aliens, especially Mexican illegal aliens, because that’s who the GOPe wants to replace the American people with.
I occasionally watched it. He was a bellboy. I think Don Adams was the hotel detective.
That must have been funny. I was quite young back then, so I probably slept through it.
We have many entry points for Trojan horses in our open society. The ability to exploit our policies and porous borders to push rapid demographic changes in the US is one of them.
You may be right. He sure dumped the Tea Party when they were no longer useful.
Bye, Marco.
Buh bye marcio poop-io
I liked Hewitt once upon a time.
It’s too bad that I have near contempt for him now.
He is kind of dumb.
He is right that if we aggressively enforced existing immigration law, and built the Wall of Trump (did he mention that? maybe not...) the problem with illegals claiming birthright citizenship would be a much smaller problem going forward.
We still have the 20 or 30 million illegals already in the country, though, and their kids should not be citizens just because they moms managed to dodge the Border Patrol.
“I liked Hewitt once upon a time.

Same here. I have not listened to him in years.
Rubio has been and will continue to be totally and completely irrelevant. He is an amnesty/ schumer lover in the extreme. He is so young and politically immature. I really think he will soon go sell Fords from Mexico very unsuccessfully. In Florida he is 20 points behind Trump!! In his home state. He is finished.
Rubio has an 80% rating from CR.
Don’t think the Dems would accept him.
As I understand it, without birthright citizenship only children of citizens are automatically citizens. The 14th amendment didn’t make the distinction of legal or illegal regarding aliens. The author of the amendment specifically says that.
For example, a Japanese tourist here legally and giving birth to a child would not be a citizen.
So if Rubio’s parents were not citizens when he was born, which I thought was the case, he would not automatically be a citizen without birthright citizenship through other means.
