If OAN wanted to go around the competition and go to number ONE very quickly that would quit trying to fight their way onto cable and simply stream their live broadcast via the Internet.
Simply make it available, by live stream, to ANY and ALL devices capable of accessing the Internet.
I’ve commented before they are likely preparing to do just that because cable is becoming a dinosaur.
