Or else he plans an economic boom significant enough to lower taxes across the board.
Changing the tax structure doesn’t make one a redistributionist. A redistributionists redistributes wealth already earned.
Every candidate wants to change the tax plan. Cruz has a tax plan, Huckabee has a tax plan, low-energy Bush probably has a tax plan, walker is down to 2% and doesn’t matter anymore.
Thank heavens we have you to warn us about that evil man Donald Trump!!! What would we do without you!?!?! You are our knight in shining armor...
Better yet....tax the rich Democrats more. Call it the Utopian Tax, because there is no problem on earth that they couldn’t solve by spending more money.
I want to know the truth.
Yup, he wants to set the MAXIMUM tax rate at 15%.
That’s LOWER.
Typical misleading headline for the TDS types.
There should be no tax on capital gains or dividends. Period.
DT is a populist.
Not a conservative.
This is scary.
Generally speaking, I’m tired of the rich wanting to raise my taxes.
The people who pay that absolute highest tax rates in the country, actually pay them, are the upper middle class. They get spanked as 1 percenters, but don’t have enough money to dodge the taxes. They/we/I need a tax cut.
And yes, you are a noob who obviously has an agenda by posting misleading articles.
Deal with it when the shoe fits.
Yeah, you’re right. I have to admit it.
We should only vote for people who say, “Read my lips.”
BTW: How did that work out?
That’s who the GOPe was going to spoon feed us in 1980 until Reagan pushed him off the other end of the bench.
Trump is wrong to talk about raising any taxes.
Tax increases on the wealthy means several things. Destruction of wealth. Less money to invest, fewer jobs, fewer businesses. Less tax base.
Trump should know this.
When Trump is talking ‘rich’ he MEANS rich. When dems say tax the rich they mean the middle class.
Trump is talking hedge fund managers who don’t pay squat.
Make it three level... flat ... on deductions... and tied to inflation so no one ‘creeps’ into the higher areas.
Trump’s right on this... he can work out the details after he’s in the White House...
Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, and the Establishment GOP are the ultimate wealth redistributionists. They want to keep the current system... not to mention the fact that the Establishment GOP is RESPONSIBLE for establishing and maintaining the current tax regime in Washington.
Trump wants to eliminate the current tax system by eliminating deductions and implement the Fair Tax. He’s also said he likes the Flat Tax.
Trump has never done anything wrong. He’s only run a successful business and will run the country successfully. He will pay off the right people, and take the right property to make the trains run on time. Immigration is the most important thing in America, so he’ll deport all illegals and get things done. Cruz can’t win. Trump will get things done. He’ll make America great again. He’s a fighter. There’s no one else in the race who will fight for Americans; not a single candidate. Cruz who? \Trumpgasm.
(Average Freeper slogans used without permission)
Okay, so we have a new Conservative on the forum who calls himself Z Taxman, who is now seeking to trash Trump based on his tax stance.
Heres Trumps proposed income-tax plan:
Those making up to $30,000 will pay 1 percent.
Income from $30,000 to $100,000 results in a flat 5 percent.
$100,000 to $1 million income will be taxed at 10 percent.
On $1 million or above will be taxed 15 percent.
Its clear and fair, wrote Trump. Best of all, it can be filled out on the back of a postcard and will save Americans big bucks on accountants and massive amounts of time wasted attempting to decipher the tax code.

Any time a politician talks of raising taxes, hold on to your wallets and purses.
Trump and other liberals see raising taxes as the solution.
The only thing I can say about hedge fund managers is that they may make a lot of money if they make a good return on large portfolios, but if they don’t make returns they don’t. Not all hedge fund managers make a lot of money, to do so they have to know what they are doing, they are not just “shuffling papers” as Trump says.
Progressive tax rates kill the small business competition and the rich survive unmolested.
...not so sure about the Double-Secret Probation.
