Silly judge. Those requests were made verbally in the scores of meetings at the WH between Obama staff and IRS leaders; or through hidden civilian email accounts that have vanished.

..... Awe come one ... we all know that all servers, backup servers and any redundancies at the IRS were accidentally destroyed and or suffered a fatal glitch in the system with no hope of ever recovering any data from it/them ....... or at least they will be.
