Most folks don’t know he’s repetitive. They aren’t watching every freaking presentation like we are.

They work for a living, have family concerns, are are lucky to see one or two of his presentations.

We know what’s printed on his napkins. LMAO

Well, okay, not quite that bad...

President Trump’s Cabinet

Jefferson Sessions as Vice President

Department of State, (return INS.) – John Bolton
Department of Justice - Trey Gowdy (Suggested by The Donald)
Department of Treasury, (includes former Homeland Security, (Customs) – Carl Icahn (Offered and Accepted)
Department of War, (change the name back, include VA function.) – Gen. James Mattis
Department of Interior, (includes legitimate functions only of former Transportation, Homeland Security (Border Patrol,) and Energy Departments) – Gov. Palin

Department of Labor and Commerce – ELIMINATE
Department of Health and Human Services - ELIMINATE
Department of Homeland Security – ELIMINATE
Department of Education - ELIMINATE
Department of Energy – ELIMINATE
Department of Housing and Urban Development – ELIMINATE
Department of Veterans Affairs - ELIMINATE
Department of Agriculture – ELIMINATE
Department of Transportation - ELIMINATE

This proposed model has the President directly managing six subordinates which is optimal.

In non cabinet level jobs I'd like

Doctor Benjamin Carson as Surgeon General
Lynnette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson would be great as President Trumps Co-Press Secretaries.

The Republican Party should let Trump run the course fairly. If they screw over him he is going to give the Democrats the Presidency by running Third Party. People are tired of Party Politics as usual!

The Republican Party should let Trump run the course fairly.

The folks in D.C. will be Fair and honest? We know what they're capable of, so that won't happen.

We basically have one party system now. If he runs on a 2nd party platform a good 50+ percent of the country will likely go that way. Unless something radical occurs, I too will go that way. Without hesitation I might add.

Saving America is much more important than what the Republicrats want.

We don’t know the answers to your questions for any candidate yet. But Trump is the most forceful in promising most of the issues you are asking answers for.

Trump has been inconsistent on several issues through the years. I have my doubts that what he's saying now are his true beliefs.

I would be concerned about his faith as well:

Donald Trump: "I haven't asked God for forgiveness "

“Tea Partiers voting for a RINO. ….OK, an angry RINO”

I’m confused. I thought they voted for Trump and Cruz. Are you saying they voted for Jeb or Rubio or Christie or Graham or Kasich or Pataki or Gilmore?

Good that the Tea Party backs the National Federation of Republican Assemblies as it represents the conservative wing of the Republican party.

In 2001 at the NFRA conference Jim Robinson was presented with the Ronald Reagan Award because of the tremendous effect that his website FreeRepublic.Com had/has on Conservatism.

Jim Robinson, Patriot.

Free Republic continues to be on the leading edge of the fight to preserve Freedom and our Constitutional Republic.

Will he really stop illegals from working and cause their self-deportation? (We are not capable of rounding up 11 million people, even though it is the right thing to do).

I (and others too probably) have been pointing out for a long time the it isn't rounding up illegal criminal alien invading colonizing usurpers that needs to be done.

As you say, it is self deportation.

All we need to do is enforce the laws and deny welfare, schooling, medical benefits to anyone except citizens. UNLESS they can pay for it themselves.

In the couple of states that have passed laws restricting all the mentioned benefits as only available to citizens, the criminal illegals have left those states and gone to "sanctuary" type states or returned to Mexico.

We also passed a similar referendum here in California...Prop 187 in 1994...but it was deemed unconstitutional by liberal judges. It was NOT unconstitutional and it was the will of the people and the GOP would NOT fight to keep 187 in force.

Imagine what the economy would be like here in Calif if 187 was put into effect?

Footnote, in the states where they passed similar propositions/laws unemployment went DOWN and the economy went UP.

"Trump still repeats some of his standard lines a lot,.."

He omitted the usual immigration lines a while back and some on FR jumped on him saying he was backing off his hard line on Illegals. Best to play the hits every time you take the stage.

>>>I would be concerned about his faith as well:<<<

He is running for President, not Pope.

This is coming from a Catholic who has been having serious doubts about the current Pope. Trumps Faith is not an issue with me. I’m more concerned with a Pope that is a closet Socialist. Might be time to convert to Presbyterian.

Trump has raised Responsible Accomplished Children who he made sure understood the value of hard work. He expects Loyalty and rewards Competence. He doesn’t seem to have any Vices outside of being a successful Businessman.

He seems to get along well with his future Vice President Cruz who is a dedicated Christian and a Man of Faith. I’ll go with Senator Cruz’s judgment.

As far as Trump, Cruz or anyone else running, this is a long process and may end up far differently than any of us could imagine. For now, it’s quite a ride.

I have posted before the means to force self deportion on them. Force registration and asset forfeiture for those that resist with immediate deportation.

The occupation has built up a police state that will not be easy to dismantle. Turn it against our enemies with asset forfeiture as motivation.

In 30 days your will see a panic of criminal aliens going back across the rio grande.

“Trump is not flaming out; he’s flaring up. :)”

Why does that line make me think the other candidates need to make a bee-line for the nearest drug store and snag an econo-sized tube of Preparation H?

But I thought Trump was a covert insider plant for Hillary?

Of course he is!

The plan is to lock up the Republican nomination then right before the election he's going to fake his own death, but not before admitting he and his running mate, TED CRUZ, are homosexual lovers. After that, he'll get plastic surgery and step into the life of BILL CLINTON, who will be quietly Ron Browned by the New President for his humiliations of same.

Only an idiot couldn't see the whole thing falling into place!

I think he intends to lead an insurrection against the GOPe and take over the party.

****************
I understand and sincerely sympathize with your optimism but with all due respect, that is unlikely to happen. If Trump thinks he can repurpose the GOP he is naïve. The GOP is a long standing institution with its own well established political culture, traditional funding mechanisms, and relationships with party supporters and media personalities. It has a Washington DC focus and a strong preference for maintaining the status quo. In a very real sense it is like a lumbering elephant comfortably grazing in the Washington DC savannah. The elephant moves slowly and is not easily pushed around against its will.

Trump is an impatient, results oriented businessman unschooled in the ways of viscous Washington politics. Don’t get me wrong, I really like Trump and I think we need someone like him to lead us out of the national morass we’re in. But Washington institutions like the congress, the government agencies and the two political parties are totally different kinds of beasts that can resist and frustrate even the strongest of personalities. Changing the course of just one federal agency is a monumental challenge that few are willing to tackle.

I honestly think a new, third party would be his best chance of putting the nation on a new course. The GOP is already busy trying to undermine him because he is seen as a threat to the status quo and certain political arrangements that benefit the party — but not conservative interests.

People are mad as hell at politicians and both parties. The time is ripe for new ideas and a new direction IMO.
