Multiple professors at Washington State University have explicitly told students their grades will suffer if they use terms such as “illegal alien,” "male," and “female,” or if they fail to “defer” to non-white students.
According to the syllabus for Selena Lester Breikss’ “Women & Popular Culture” class, students risk a failing grade if they use any common descriptors that Breikss considers “oppressive and hateful language.”
The punishment for repeatedly using the banned words, Breikss warns, includes “but [is] not limited to removal from the class without attendance or participation points, failure of the assignment, and— in extreme cases— failure for the semester.”
Breikss is not the only WSU faculty member implementing such policies.
Much like in Selena Breikss’s classroom, students taking Professor Rebecca Fowler’s “ Introduction to Comparative Ethnic Studies” course will see their grades suffer if they use the term “illegal alien” in their assigned writing.
According to her syllabus, students will lose one point every time they use the words “illegal alien” or “illegals” rather than the preferred terms of “‘undocumented’ migrants/immigrants/persons.” Throughout the course, Fowler says, students will “come to recognize how white privilege functions in everyday social structures and institutions.”

Find this type of class and enroll for the specific reason of suing the snot out of them.
“Swing” and “Field” aren’t too far behind? I remember reading last year that the city of Seattle would start banning the words “brown bag” (because it meant black person at one time, which I never knew?) and “citizen” because it hurt illegals feelings. Skies the limit.
Yet we are afraid to demand that the term undocumented be dropped, or white privilege, or that gays not be allowed to indoctrinate children. We are all to blame this goes way beyond democrat / republican or liberal/conservative.
This is dangerous and UnAmerican and yes it is what infected that idiot who killed the reporter on air.
In a sane society the students or more likely the parents would remove these creeps from the college.
They also plan on handing out yellow stars to wear.
The only students who would take these classes are those who wouldn’t use the “bad words” anyway.
They are disenfranchising an entire generation of students! Especially for the young heads full of mush; the more intelligent ones will, of course, reject this insanity! I’m so grateful I went to school at a time when college was supposed to open the mind to thousands of points of views.
The alumni of the University can send a message by sending a letter to the Alumni Association and/or Foundation with a $0 contribution noted because of the University allowing such practices. It only helps if one has given previously. however, the message is sent when this happens. I know that has worked at other institiutions.
Classes like these are often required for graduation.

Sounds like elective courses to me and I’d be walking out. If not electives, then I’d be changing schools.

Why in the world would any rational human take courses like “Women & Popular Culture”, or “ Introduction to Comparative Ethnic Studies”? Classes like these are totally worthless in the real world. I would never hire anyone who had this type of HR red flag on their academic transcripts.
When the revolution comes, make sure you have plenty of ropes and tall trees for the communists who infect our colleges and universities.
