LOL, he has made many deals like this - that’s why he is rich and most of us aren’t. Of course, he did have some starting capital, but he took that and made a fortune. The OP probably posted this as a it piece, but I see it as a positive - the man knows how to deal. If he can do that for our country - then shazam -

Part of The Donald mythology is that he only started with a small fortune. His father, Fred Trump, left behind an empire behind that included 27,000 housing units in NYC. 27,000 housing units in NYC is hardly "some starting capital" - it is a world class fortune, comparable to the Kennedy and Bush inheritances.
