Just think of the boon to industry in this country! All of the Concrete, Oil products like asphalt and steel. The Chinese sucked up most of the Concrete for years when they built the three gorges dam.
Imagine the same thing with the Border wall.
A dam has to be strong enough to hold water back... a wall like this will be much easier...
