I love telling libs that alibi doesn't mean sh*t, because Hillary, when read in to her clearance in early 2009, was designated an OCA (Originally Classifying Authority), which means she has the authority ... AND THE RESPONSIBILITY ... for classifying documents that are suspected of having secure information. Her excuse of "it wasn't marked" is akin to an on-duty cop passively standing by, watching a violent crime occur, then claiming to be an innocent bystander.
I want to see her "PERSONAL" emails about the Clinton Family SLUSH FUND!!

Well, since Huma is said to be so loyal she’d “die for Hillary” & Cheryl Mills has perjured herself before & not given up the Clinton bodies, I guess Kendall is the next one on the list & his you-know-what is truly in the wringer. Under most circumstances they would indeed turn... but Clinton's people are willing to surrender their freedom and even their lives to protect them. The Clintons have the most disciplined inner circle of all. None of them turn.

In addition to 18 USC 793, there is 18 USC 1924 which is the statute to which General Petraeus pled guilty.
a) Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
(b) For purposes of this section, the provision of documents and materials to the Congress shall not constitute an offense under subsection (a).
(c) In this section, the term “classified information of the United States” means information originated, owned, or possessed by the United States Government concerning the national defense or foreign relations of the United States that has been determined pursuant to law or Executive order to require protection against unauthorized disclosure in the interests of national security.
The FBI was NOT allowed to go to Behghazi until WEEKS after the event...
