I love telling libs that alibi doesn't mean sh*t, because Hillary, when read in to her clearance in early 2009, was designated an OCA (Originally Classifying Authority), which means she has the authority ... AND THE RESPONSIBILITY ... for classifying documents that are suspected of having secure information. Her excuse of "it wasn't marked" is akin to an on-duty cop passively standing by, watching a violent crime occur, then claiming to be an innocent bystander.
